Digit formats in RPAS

Gents,

We have deployed MFP (v16) in Slovenia and we have a challenge to setup appropriate Digit formats on all users PCs. We use English Version and Chrome.

Language defined in Chrome is English (South Africa) to obtain following convention of digit formats:

1 000 000,00 (instead of 1,000,000.00).

The challenge is that not working on all PCs. We erase the cookies, but still fail to obtain what we want. Any tips?
