Acad Career Name to Print on Transcript (formerly ACAD_CAR_TBL)

I have changed the description on an ACAD_CAREER in the ACAD_CAREER translate value table.  Although the effective date of the translate value matches the effective date of the career in ACAD_CAR_TBL, the description change is not reflected in ACAD_CAR_TBL.  Is there an additional place to make this change?
