Cost update on WIP Job with "Complete" status

in Cost Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We have a scenario where we have a wip job in "Complete" state , the WIP value summary shows the Correct Cost Incurred (Issued component cost ) but the Cost Relieved was showing the old Assembly standard cost which was not correct . On further checking we found out that the Assembly cost re rollup did not happen for that item due to which the cost relied was showing incorrect. Now the re rollup has happened and the item cost has changed correctly. However the cost relieved is still showing the old assembly cost. Can anyone please help me understand
