ORA-01422 uploading collection on ORAchk Collection Manager

hello,

We are doing next steps on RAC 18c.

1.- orachk -a -dball -output /tmp -noupgrade endend OK with

orachk_conordbr14_AIRCLD_062019_122045.zip successfully uploaded to RCA13_DOCS table.

2.- collection begins to process on database but log shows error ORA-01422.

FAIL: Error Occured:ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows 20-JUN-19 01.41.26.627128 PM
