After ship confirm the transactions status is shipped

Hi,

        After ship confirm the internal order transactions, status is shipped instead of interfaced and ITS completed with warning. Then we tried to run the ITS manually and still the same issue. In transaction open interface, This transactions is listed as below error.

Item cost should be defined before you transact

Action:        Check if the cost-enabled flag is set correctly in the item master, and also check if

But ITS completed without any warning once uncheck and check the costing flag for the item in item master. This is not a permanent solution. Please help us in this regard.
