Payment Terms Discount to NOT apply against taxes / certain linetypes on SO ?

We would like to configure the discount percentage on certain payment terms to be calculated against the 'product sales' of an invoice only.  We do not want it to be calculated against taxes and certain linetypes on the SO (such as Freight lines (F line types in our configuration).

Is this currently possible ?

We are on V9.2
