Attempting to update vendor pricing in P41061

I am trying to build an orchestration to update vendor pricing data.  Specifically, create new effective dated records in the Supplier Catalog (P41601) for a specific vendor.

I'm using Orchestrator Studio 7.1.1.0 on E1 9.2 (don't know the Tools version but I'm pretty sure it was the latest version available as of April 2019).  I have built an orchestration to create journal entries loaded from an external spreadsheet and all works fine.  Building a second one to load pricing data is not going so well.

No errors are thrown.  The service request and orchestration all return messages saying execution worked with no errors.  My problem is after testing the pricing orchestration in Client, no new records are added to the Supplier Catalog.  I used the Process Recorder for the first attempt, then rebuilt it from scratch modeling it after the successful journal entry orchestration and get the same results on both - what looks to be a successful execution but no new records added to the supplier catalog.
