Outlook client requirement for Siebel email polling

Our customer is looking to upgrade to Outlook 365 platform in their organisation. Our siebel application has email polling functionality wherein end users send emails and SR's get generated.

With the O365 platform, Microsoft has started charging license costs for service accounts as well. Hence we need to identify the minimum features that would be required from an Outlook client standpoint and what would be the category for Outlook license required for the email polling functionality to work uninterrupted after the upgrade.
