ESS when clicking on Find Employee Missing Time Cards Non ESS employess are displaying.

We updated the Labor Distribution ID in the employee master and F06116 now these employess are showing in ESS when clicking on Find Employee Missing Time Cards.  Does anybody know why this would happen they did not show in ESS when value was blank.
