OCI CLOUD : Database tde encryption

Hello,

We are migrating a customer database (EBS R12.1.3)  from  on-prem to  OCI cloud.     Database will be in DBCS  and  applications in compute node.

Here are the steps we took to create the DBCS system.

  1. Create new blank DBCS system
  2. Restore RMAN backup taken on source DB – Non-TDE DB

The issue is the restored database is not TDE enabled in DBCS.   However new tablespaces created are TDE enabled.     We are trying to  enable TDE on migration from  ON-PREM to CLOUD with shortest possible downtime .   The db size is 3 TB.

Please suggest the best possible way to migrate the database from on-prem to cloud
