Delegation/Proxy issue

Hello...we have a manager that had a delegation in place, which ended in March. However, that person still has the delegation role. Both are still active employees so the expectation is that the delivered program, HDCL_BATCH, would have removed the delegation role. Has anyone else encountered this? I only found documentation related to an "inactive" employee...not those that are still active with this issue.
