Rendering Error with BI Publisher Desktop

Have RTF template for invoices.  When printing the Pro/Tracking #s at end get the error shown below.

When I generate the PDF on my desktop with an invoice with about 50 Pro/Tracking #s, I get this error.

With about 13 Pro/Tracking #s, I do not.  Please help.
