Additional Information in Appraisal Templates

Hello,

I would like to add additional information in Appraisal Templates. The details are follows:-

Task                            :  Text field of 2000 bytes             Rating = Drop Down selection

Knowledge and Ability :  Text field of 2000 bytes             Rating = Drop Down selection

Extra Support              :  Text field of 2000 bytes             Rating = Drop Down selection

Can this customization possible by using DFF columns of per_appraisals table?
