Oracle Project Costing Budgetary Control

Hi,

Is there any provision to enable budgetary control for projects if I entered Pre-Approved Expenditure Batch.If yes then please let me know the steps to enable it.

The steps I'm following is :

1) Create Project

2) Create Budget and baseline the budget

     Project# P1,

     Task# 1,

     Expenditure Type : Equipment,

     Budget : 500 (Jun-19)

3) Enter a Pre-approved batch for Miscellaneous transaction ,submit the batch and approve it.   

     Project# P1,

     Task# 1,

     Expenditure Type : Equipment,

     Amount : 600 (Jun-19)

4) The Pre-Apporved batch gets approved.

I want the budgetary control if enabled shouldn't approve the Pre-Approved batch.

Please help me in getting this done.
