Data Loader customization help

Hello All,  Wonder if anyone is able to help, please? We use APEX 5.1 for application development. I am creating a data loading wizard using APEX default data wizard. In the data table mapping page, I want to customize the presentation of data so that it is displayed in a nice user-friendly manner. Also, I want to ensure that the column mapping is completed by default so that the user doesn't miss any columns. Thank you very much for all your help in advance.
