is KIT item process works in Transfer order ?

I was doing transfer order ST -OT process for one KIT item ,BOM setup has done well . but i am facing "Qty not available" error  while entering kit item in detail. I believe , system not validating its related component item details .hence its showing Qty issue.

Whenever , i am creating normal  Sales-order with same KIT details , its working fine without any error but during Transfer order , i am facing the error

Please do the  needful
