JDE database encryption

Hi! We have a customer is upgrading to JDE 9.2 Tools 9.2.3.x. Database is Oracle 12c R2(12.2). OS is Windows Server 2016. They have requested to encrypt the whole database. I tried to find the posts here but all date back to 2015 or earlier. I would like to have latest documentation for making suggestion. Please advise.

1. Is TDE the only possible solution? Is it certified by JDE?

2. If TDE is the choice, I think we have to encrypt most/all tablespaces of JDE (at least SY920, SVM920, PRODDTA, PRODCTL). Is it possible to estimate how long it takes to perform the initial encryption?

Howdy, Stranger!
