backup and restore using OracleXEConfig.bat on Windows in Siebel 16.19

Hi Support,

I have initialized local DB in IP16.19 Siebel tools and it completed successfully. I was able to login into local_xe tools.

Then, i have done classification of local using OracleXEConfig.bat and it is successful.

Then, i have taken the backup of local DB using OracleXEConfig.bat as per the Doc ID 2270129.2

I have restored the backup on a different machine and it is successful. But when i try to connect to LOCAL_XE using the credentials of local_xe which created on previous machine, it is not working and asking for initialize for new DB.

Please suggest, how can use the local_xe backup files to restore the local_xe local DB on a different machine.
