Facing issue while deploying xadmin and xcenter.war file in weblogic

Dear Community,

While deploying xadmin-18.0.0.0.654-XST-0.0.0.war or xcenter-18.0.0.0.654-XST-0.0.0.war facing below issue in weblogic 12c

Kindly suggest
