Onhand for ATO items are not consumed

Hi experts,

we have scenario where we have ATO subassembly item under ATO finished good.

For ex. BOM structure :

ATO1------Finished good

  |

ATO2-----Subassembly

We have enough onhad stock for ATO2 which is Available to promise and available to reserve.

We have scheduled the Autocreate Final assemblies program which creates Work orders for ATO items.

Now  the issue is, we get Sales orders for ATO1 (FG) regulalry and the autocreate final assemblies program keeps on creating the WIP jobs for both the ATO items (ATO1 & ATO2).

But, we donot want work orders to be created for ATO2(SA), without consuming the onhand inventory for it.
