E910 - Printer Selection Screen OK Button Missing

Hello

We have setup P986162 Printer Selection for all users with Action Security to Y for all parameters.

This has not changed since 2010 but suddenly yesterday users started reporting the inability to see the OK button.

This has caused massive panic because users are no longer able to submit any UBEs to run.

I have verified that P986162 and W986162B action security on the system is set to Y for all roles and even *PUBLIC.

Please help with any suggestions you may have.
