ORACHK MEMORYCRUNCH: Does not have enough space in data base to process collection...exiting

I am getting the error while using Oracle XE 11g, Oracle APEX 5.1.4 and ORAchk stand-alone for HP-UX and AIX. I am trying to upload the collection zip file on the collection manager web application and getting the error: MEMORYCRUNCH: Does not have enough space in data base to process collection...exiting.

OS: IBM AIX

DB: Oracle DB 12cR2

Please advise,
