Issue with data import into JDE

Hi friends,

Need some suggestions on below issue please :

We are on JDE 9.2. I was trying to import data into JDE from CSV file which was having around 500 lines and till 'apply ' button everything was showing good but the moment i click on continue and find the data, nothing is coming.. its not importing in other words. When i try to select a CSV file which is having less than 24 records, it was getting imported successfully and even the copy paste also working for the same - only for few records below 24. When i try to copy paste the more records its not picking
