force calc\consolidate at parent and display check report for children

Hello all,

I am using FDMEE 11.1.2.4.220 with target application HFM 11.1.2.4.208. 

I have a FDMEE location with around 100 entities. Upon completion of export, I am consolidating at parent level (or force calc at base), so that the R/E is calculated in HFM. Upon consolidation, I have a check report to check if the BS nets to zero. My requirement is to run the check report for each entity individually. I have two option and both have challenges:

1. When I do not create check entity group, FDMEE runs check report by each Entity. However, since I cannot consolidate parent without check entity group, my BS does not balance since R/E is not yet calculated in HFM.
