EDI Tender Decline and No Response

Hello All,

By default OTM tries to re-tender to next available carrier when the carrier declines/no response for the original tender.

I had changed the workflow param to set MAX_NUM_RETENDERS as 0 to not to re-tender. It does that but when carrier sends a decline or no response it sets the secure resource status to SECURE RESOURCES_MAX RETENDERS which we don't want, we want the secure resource status to remain either DECLINED or NO_RESPONSE.

Any thoughts?
