Can Additional Free Text Fields be Added to the Scheduling Tab for Order Organizer

We are on Oracle R12.2.5.  Is there a way to add fields when in Order Organizer, Scheduling Tab, other than the Folder, Show/Add fields.  Example would be to have a couple of fields titled, 'Comments' that are free text for users to manually update.

We looked at using a field (ie; Assignment Sets) that is not used anywhere else in the company and renaming it to 'Comments' but there is a character constraint. Has anyone had this requirement and found a way to provide this for the business?
