In EBS 12.1.3, how to report against line level contacts in service contracts module

We are on EBS 12.1.3 within Service Contracts module, contacts exists at line level.

I like to understand how to report against line level contacts. I can identify the contact exists inside OKC_CONTACTS under OBJECT1_ID1 and DNZ_CHR_ID can be link to okc_k_headers_b.ID. But I am unable to identify how to link this table to each contract lines.

Any help would be appreciated.
