New Product Creation In BRM

Hi,

We want to create a product in BRM for duration of 10 Years and want to charge the customer $250 for the same.

What kind of product we should create in BRM and what should be the type of the event of the product while configuring product in pricing centre ?

Secondly:

Cancellation of the product within the first year should deduct $100 from the paid price of $250.

Any cancellation after the first year would result in $0 refund.

How can we achieve the same ?
