Bug 12640969:After replaced by relationship was established Non Source reference not found

Hi,

I'm trying to test replacing New Serial number in Configuration and update Status of Existing Serial Number to Replaced (Through Field Service Debrief).

But I see the following error.

Debrief header ID: 2739537

Testing for bug 12640969:After replaced by relationship was established

Non Source reference not found. The transaction sub type definition mandates the Non Source reference.

l_object_version_number: 6

I have attached document with Setup and Steps I have followed. Please help with fixing this issue.
