Hi team,

Please assist I am running an FSG report, it get stuck on the 'Confirmation : Your document has been created. It does not on the new latest version of  Ps  that others users already have. We checked excel setup and Internet options, there is no different.

It works on the PC that we had 3 ago, I am not sure if is the compatibility or not.

I have open WEB ADI page on the same PC, it works fine.
