Custom Print of Line Items gives me two additional blank rows of Line Items, each at $0

When I do a Custom Print of a table of Detail Form line items, for some reason, I get two more rows of blank items with a $0 for the amounts, See attached image below.  I checked my record and it only has the three items.  Can you help me on how to get rid of them?  Note: We are using the older WORD method since we are heavily invested with hundreds of custom prints.
