How to Disable email notifications from Hyperion when a new user added

We are using Oracle Hyperion EPBCS. When a new user added in My Services, the email will send out to user with link and password. But we are using SSO and we are using build in dashboard/Browser which by default include the EPBCS link, so we don't want user to receive email from Oracle EPBCS. (sender: oraclecloudadmin_ww@oracle.com, Title: New Account Information

Any one knows how to disable it? Thanks.
