Lease activation audit

Is there somewhere to see when a lease was initially activated and by who?  For amendments, this is recorded on RE_LSA, but there is not record of this for a pending lease being activated that I have found.  I noticed there are lease audit tables, but is there a configuration that will populated these tables with this information?
