Quickest disk wipe for Solaris

Hi Everyone.  I have several DR Solaris servers that need to be wiped after each use.  I have a script that I run to execute the purge command that is within the format utility.   This works fine and runs a 7 pass write to the disks.

This was fine back in the days of 36GB and 72GB disks, but now that disks are 1.2TB, this purge command is running for several days per disk.

Can anyone recommend a Solaris compatible disk wipe utility for Solaris?
