COBRA OVG Error in PUM 30

Hi There

Just couple of weeks ago implemented COBRA Administration in PUM 25. Now we are in the process of upgrading to PUM 30 and when we run PSPCOBRA in our PUM 30 test Environments, it keeps erroring out. We are running this with the Process Ovg Dependent check box checked.

Application Program Failed

In Pgm Section : INSERT-HEALTH-DEPENDENT 

With Return Code: 00805

Error Message : ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_HEALTH_DEPENDNT) violated

Has anyone faced this issue before any idea why this could be?
