Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I execute a query with Sql id 3gvrufr8x061y and the cost is 19G and the time is : 206:47:55

1 - this query is executed by Biapps and i i do not understand how may i improve it ?
