Eclipse CSDT 12c Cannot See Groovy Elements

Hi,

I am on 12c patch 3, the right Eclipse version (Luna), the correct CSDT version.

With a new project, I downloaded 2 CSElements from a remote server, 1 JSP, 1 Groovy. Both show up in the Project Explorer with their corresponding metadata. In the Workspace however, only the JSP shows up. Has anyone run into the same problem?
