OSP Resource not applied to the Discrete Job

Hi

We use standard OSP process to perform our OSP job. An OSP PO was received, inspected and delivered to shopfloor, but the corresponding OSP resource was not applied and costed to the discrete job.

There was no error, no pending resource and pending move transaction, and no pending transaction in WIP_COST_TXN_INTERFACE.

This does not happen to every jobs. The same OSP resource was applied and charged in another job successfully.

We expected the OSP resource be applied to the job automatically when OSP PO is delivered to shopfloor.

What would be the cause of this behaviour and how should we apply the OSP resource in this case?
