Mobile Physical Inventory Scan Scope not generating any assets

We are trying to implement Mobile Physical Inventory.  I believe I have set up all of the background items properly.  I have defined an Inventory Occurrence, and a schedule.  I have run the Generate Scan Scope process, however when I go to the Physical Inventory tile there are no items populated:

     

Any ideas of what I may have missed in the setup?
