Approve Shipment fields updated

Can you please provide the list of fields (and their files) that are updated when performing Approve Shipment in P4915.  If at all possible, the list of business functions would also be appreciated.

Hopefully there is an existing Doc Id and I just couldn't find it because of my inferior searching skills
