Period Close and Open Option in Receivables

Hi All,

We have requirement to monitor the log of Period opening and closing.

Since users performing more than one time opening closing for the one particular period.

EX Jan-2019

A has been created the period on 30th December 2019

B has been open the period on     01st January 2019

B Has closed it on 5th February 2019

C has re-opened it 7th February 2019

etc.....

Is there any mechanism that we can get these details.
