Getting Error while user API EGO_ITEM_PUB.ASSIGN_ITEM_TO_ORG

Hi,

I am getting below two error messages while using API EGO_ITEM_PUB.ASSIGN_ITEM_TO_ORG, could anybody please help me in this.

Error message:

1. The column DESCRIPTION must be specified when creating a new Item.

2. The revision entered is for an item that does not exist in MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS nor MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE
