root.sh execution failing on primary node while installing oracle 12cR2 grid

We are trying to practice oracle 12c RAC installation on Oracle Linux 7 vms. As part of the same, we are trying to install oracle 12c grid and“root.sh” on primary node fails with error “ASM failed to start”. Please find attached logs, vm properties(vmx file) for shared disk configuration and DNS config file (bind config) configured on primary server. Can somebody please suggest any thing to check further?

runclvfy only fails with NTP error which we have ignored before starting installation. Apart from this, all prerequisites have passed.
