Data Migration of historical Objectives and Appraisals

Dear Gurus,

   we have a business requirement like they want to see historical Objectives and Appraisals into ERP when we implement.

   we implementing oracle Performance management module from Legacy (Halogen). legecy have old data of Objectives and Appraisals. we need to move these data along with implementation.

   My question here is is there a way to migration these old data so, manager see his/her employees past history then he decide future rating.Its our buisnes requirement.

   Need your support.
