ASM Disk group for OCR and Voting Files on two storage

How should I create ASM disk group for OCR and Voting disk with High redundancy level on two storage (A and in 12.1.0.2  and make sure it has mirrored such a way that if I loose storage A , ASM and Cluster survive with storage B. We are not using any storage level replication and wanted to use ASM mirroring, primary object is to achieve storage resiliency with using ASM mirroring only.
