EBS 12.2 - What documentation is available outlining just the table changes after Upgrades?

We have EBS 12.2.7 and utilitze OBIEE's ETL/Data Warehousing as well as real time reporting.  It's crucial for us to know any table changes as soon as possible.  We used to get a document outlining Discoverer changes so we thought there could be one we could use in general along with Upgrades.  What documentation is available other than the EBS eTRM  where we would have to look at each and every table to try to figure this out?
