Is there a way to setup GL journal approval at responsibility level?

The request from our users is to have different responsibilities for approval; for example.

the people that have assigned Responsibility  XX plant controller ;  will approve journals created in plants . the people that have assigned Responsibility Accounting; will approve journals created by accounting team, and son on.

it is possible?
