how to confirm if a custom table is AD_ZD compliant?

We do the standard practice of running AD_ZD.upgrade for custom tables in the EBS R12.2 instances. But we have several instances and occasionally developers forget to run the command after table modifications. How do we find out these tables that have been modified and the AD_ZD commands have not been run after the alteration. In other words how do we confirm that a table is ad_zd compliant?
