Web ADI no longer works after either Windows 101809 update, or Office Version 1906 Update

Hi,

In the last month or so we've had the Windows 101809 update and Office Version 1906 Updates rolled out to our work laptops.

Now, Web ADI no longer works for R12.1.3 or ERP Cloud. I am not sure which update broken Web ADI as I didn't need to test ADI until after both updates had been applied.

There are no error messages, no nothing - I just get an empty Web ADI sheet, and the Web ADI content is never built by Oracle.

I have checked and double checked all settings in Excel and Internet Options as per this guide:
