Hello,

I have daily basis 5-10 messages in alert.log looking as follows:

ORA-00060: Deadlock detected. More info in file /opt/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/orcl/ORCL/trace/ORCL_ora_31024.trc.

Usually I gather them together and send to Developers for further analysis. It was fine when we had such errors few time a month, but currently it is almost daily basis.

I got today response from developers. They confirmed that they identified the issue in few cases and promised to fix it in next software release. They however would like to ensure that identified pattern is the reason for all our notifications.
